How to Set your Accounting Display Fomart in FuseOffice
Accounting control how monetary values are displayed across FuseOffice, including currency and symbol placement.
These settings affect the visual format of amounts only and do not change actual values or calculations.
Where to Update Accounting Settings
Navigate to:
1. Admin > Company Settings
2. Click on the Accounting tab
3. Click on Edit Accounting Details
You will see your current currency display and symbol position.
Currency (Display Only)
This setting defines the currency shown across the system.
It affects how amounts are displayed in:
Payroll
Invoices
Reports
Summaries and totals
This does not convert, recalculate, or alter existing amounts.
Currency Symbol Position
Controls where the currency symbol appears relative to the amount.
Before amount – e.g. ZK1,500
After amount – e.g. 1,500 ZK
This setting is purely visual and applies consistently across all modules.
Save Accounting Settings
Click Update to save your display settings.
Changes apply immediately.

These settings control formatting only.
No currency conversion is performed
Historical records remain unchanged
