How to Update Your Company Information in FuseOffice

Company information defines your organisation’s identity inside FuseOffice.
This information is used across documents, invoices, payroll, and system records.


Where to Update Company Information

Navigate to:

1. Admin > Company Settings

2. Click on Edit Company Details

This displays your current company details.


Edit Company Details

Click Edit Company Details to open the update form.

You can update:

  • Website

  • Email

  • Cellphone

  • Telephone

  • Fax

  • Address

  • City

  • Country

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Time zone


Save Changes

After updating the details, click Update to save.

Once saved:

  • The information updates immediately

  • Changes apply across all FuseOffice modules

  • Documents and reports reflect the new details

Ensure your company information is accurate, as it is used for:

  • Official documents and invoices

  • Payroll and statutory records

  • System identification and compliance
