How to Upload Your Company Logo in FuseOffice

You can upload or change your company logo in FuseOffice to brand invoices, payslips, reports and system views.
The logo is stored securely and applied immediately after upload.


Where to Upload Your Company Logo

Navigate to:

1. Admin > Company Settings

2. Click on the Logo tab

You will see your current logo or a default placeholder if none is uploaded.


Upload or Change Logo

Click the Change button to open the logo upload window.

Select an image file from your computer (or you can drag and drop).

Supported image formats:

  • PNG

  • JPG / JPEG

  • GIF

The system validates the file automatically before uploading.


Logo Size Guidelines

For best results:

  • Use a clear, high-quality image

  • Avoid very large file sizes

  • Use a transparent background (PNG) where possible

The recommended logo size is 150 x 71 pixels


After Upload

Once uploaded:

  • The logo updates immediately

  • It appears across FuseOffice where company branding is used

  • The previous logo is replaced automatically

No page refresh is required.


Troubleshooting

If the upload fails:

  • Ensure the file format is supported

  • Try a smaller image size

  • Refresh the page and retry
